KySurvey and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained in this app, and all such rights are reserved. You are granted to license of this service only if this terms are not reached.
4. Purchase
KySurvey has a premium version that is one time purchase. This is the free version that displays ads without restricted use of any program. If you enjoy using these services without ads then upgrade to the premium version.
5. Restrictions.
You are expressly and absolutely restricted from all of the following:
- selling, sub licensing and/or otherwise commercializing any app material without prior notification by the developer; Ogbuji Stanley.
- using this app in any way that restrict user access to this app;
- using this app contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in a way that causes, or may cause, harm to the app, or to any person or business entity;
- engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this app, or while using this app;
- using this app to engage in any advertising or marketing that is not otherwise permitted by this devices and it’s licences.
6. Contents
Currently our services allow you only to input text for survey calculations. With subsequent update we will expand in granting you passage to share texts, audios, images to the app and other users.
7. No warranties.
KySurvey does not guarantee the accuracy of the surveying arithemetic solutions. Therefore KySurvey will not be held responsible or accountable for any solutions enlisted in app for accuracy purposes.
8. Limitation of liability.
On no account shall KySurvey services or our officers be liable to you for anything arising out or in anyway connected with your use of this app.
9. Changes of Terms.
KySurvey is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it deems fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this app.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by KySurvey. KySurvey has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
